DR. STEFANIE LÜER
Monument protection and environmental law
Law is not exclusively a discipline of rules and procedures that restrict life, but also provides a framework for protecting our cultural heritage and natural habitats so that traditions can sustain and this heritage can be passed on to future generations.
for culture and nature
Values
Through my studies and experience in Germany and France, as well as my work in international law firms and international organisations, I have gained extensive expertise inGerman, French and European law also in an international context. I am striving for my clients, mediating between – sometimes conflicting – interests: it combines legal requirements with economic practice, enables entrepreneurial flexibility within legal frameworks and combines the protection of cultural and natural heritage with its sustainable development.
Monuments, old buildings, nature reserves and sustainable tourism projects require more than just compliance with regulations. I offer a deep understanding of the challengesinvolved: culture, ecology, locality, finance, legal and humanity.
My principles
I.
People are at the heart of the activity
Behind every case are people: committed owners, passionate managers, forward-thinking politicians, responsible entrepreneurs. My consulting approach places your personal situation, your goals and ambitions, and your vision at the heart of every legal solution.
II.
Trust & discretion
The relationship between a solicitor and their client is based on a strong foundation: trust. Absolute discretion, personal commitment and diligence are guaranteed to every assignment.
III.
Interdisciplinary expertise & strategic approach
I work across a range of legal areas: administrative law, construction law, tax law, corporate and civil law, environmental law, European and international law. I take a holistic approach to develop coherent and sustainable solutions.
IV.
Passion for cultural heritage and the environment
Law is a tool for the protection and development of special areas worthy of protection.
