I place great importance on transparent and fair fee structures. Compensation is individually tailored to the nature and scope of the engagement to create a clear and comprehensible basis for our collaboration. In doing so, I consider both legal requirements and the complexity of each project, ensuring clients receive planning security and the highest level of professionalism.

Fees

General principles

Fees are based on several factors, including the complexity of the case, the time required, the value at stake, and the urgency of the matter. Fee arrangements are discussed with you collaboratively and documented in a comprehensive written agreement prior to commencing each engagement. 

I am committed to transparency and provide a range of billing models tailored to the nature of the assignment and your preferences.

Billing models   

Billing based on time spent

Billing based on an hourly rate of € 200 for the time actually spent on the case.  

Flat fee

Fixed total amount for a specific service. (e.g. drafting a letter, ad hoc advice, legal audit). 

Subscription

Monthly fee for regular and predictable legal support, monthly subscription for a specific volume of services.  


Procedure 

Initial meeting  
An initial 30-minute meeting by telephone or video conference is offered to get to know each other, understand your needs and discuss the best type of support together. 
Following this conversation, you will receive a detailed proposal specifying the scope of the assignment, the terms of service and the estimated fees. 
 
Terms of payment  
Fees are paid according to the following terms: Fees are paid as specified in the fee agreement. A first installment, typically 50% of the fee, is required when the mandate is accepted. 
 
Costs & expenses  
Client-related expenses (such as travel, expert fees, court costs, certified translations) will be billed separately based on receipts. The fees are determined in accordance with the provisions of the national professional code of conduct for solicitors. They are based on the time spent on the case, the client’s situation, the nature and difficulty of the case, the costs incurred, and the services provided.  A VAT rate of 20% applies, except in special cases (persons residing in French overseas territories or abroad).
